Albuquerque Ukekopelli Festival

This is the sixth year we have hosted the festival in Albuquerque. Looking to create a suitable logo for the festival we took a simple twist on the Kokopelli. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kokopelli

In Native American culture of the Southwest, he is a trickster god and represents the spirit of music. Most kokopelli’s play a flute. Ours, of course, play ukes.

Eight years ago, when the closest festival was in Reno, Nevada; it was decided to host one in Albuquerque. The Albuquerque Ukekopelli Festival hosted annually at the end of September has grown to become the most Fun Ukulele Festival in America according to those who attend here and elsewhere.

The festival staff believe this year will be the best festival we have ever had. Please join us.

If you have attended in the past or wish to leave a comment about our fun festival, please do so here.
